Heywinkel, the new company group with a long tradition.

The Heywinkel Group with their main office at Bramsche, Lower Saxony, counts amongst the leading manufacturers of technical textiles and systems & components for the automotive industry. Heywinkel Holding GmbH at Bramsche with the two independent companies Heyform Bramsche GmbH and Heytex Bramsche GmbH is the front-runner of the Heywinkel Group.

Heyform Bramsche GmbH manufactures trim parts for the interior of vehicles as well as acoustic and thermal insulation parts. In addition, Heyform develops and manufactures small components & systems right up to complete vehicle cabins for customers from the building industry and agriculture.
Heytex Bramsche GmbH with subsidiaries at Neugersdorf (Saxony) and in the People’s Republic of China (Province Jiangsu) close to Shanghai produces high-quality coated and laminated technical textiles. The manufactured goods range from materials for lorries and other tarpaulins to technological premium products for biogas membranes, stadium roofing and more.

Up to 2007, Heywinkel was a subsidiary of Wilhelm Karmann GmbH. Today, Heywinkel belongs to NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH guaranteeing sustainable development of the entire Heywinkel Group with their Evergreen Funds.
